Have you watched ‘A Plastic Ocean’ documentary yet?
Our award-winning documentary was praised by Sir David Attenborough as “one of the most important films of our time”. Producer and our Founder Jo Ruxton, takes us to the centre of the Ocean to uncover the devastating environmental impact caused by plastic pollution on the Ocean. The film ignited mass consumer awareness about the true impact of plastic pollution to our Ocean and sparked a new wave of international initiatives to tackle single use plastics.
Our New Movie
We’re excited to announce that production of our second film is underway, with our first shoot completed in Mozambique. Though still under wraps, we can tell you that our new documentary will highlight the importance of a healthy Ocean for all life on Earth. It will dive deeply into the connection to the Ocean that each of us is born with. The timing could not be better since this year also marks the start of the UN Decade of Ocean Science and we hope audiences watching will leave with a new determination to protect our Ocean.
This is a unique time on our planet. We are all part of the generation that has the chance to turn our destructive practices around. We must take it.
