The Vigil 4 Peace & Ecology

Published by Ocean Generation \ September 22, 2017 10:50 am

On 17th September 2017, the annual celebration of The Vigil for Peace & Ecology, will take place in Central Park Bandshell, New York City from 9am to 5pm. The Ocean Generation is delighted to announce its presence at the event.

The annual Vigil 4 Peace & Ecology is a grassroots effort dedicated to promulgate peace through participation in art, song, dance, music, prayer and ceremony. An emphasis of the day will be ecological preservation. What makes us human is our responsibility and duty as residents of this planet to formulate solutions to pollution and create methods of living that work with the earth. With a purpose to awaken humanity through the power of intent and celebration the day will bring lives and communities together in New York, to recognise the oneness in all in the battle of climate change and peace.

The Brooklyn Interdenominational will be performing on behalf of OG, the Oceans song as part of our #MyOceans campaign. The world’s most environmentally aware music experience.

Oceans bring life, food security, employment and to Earth which in return creates social justice and Peace for the planet. The performance by Brooklyn Interdenominational Choir will translate this message on Sunday.

In an era of global uncertainty, we hope you will join us at The Vigil 4 Peace & Ecology ceremony to participate in bringing lasting Peace to everyone.
